If an applicant believes it is entitled to expedited processing of an application for a building permit or development order, the applicant shall advise the Town upon submission of the application of the statutory basis entitling it to expedited processing. The Town shall give applications for building permits or development orders that are entitled to expedited processing first priority and applicants may expect that such applications will be reviewed and processed quicker than other applications.
Before making any inquiries, requests or submitting applications please verify the address is located in the Town of Indialantic. This can be confirmed on the Property Appraiser’s Website. The taxing district will be listed as ‘54SO – Indialantic’ for all properties located within the boundaries of the Town.
All submitted plans must reference the new 7th Edition Florida Building Code.
