Safe Location
The lobby of Indialantic Town Hall, 216 Fifth Avenue, was designated as an “internet safe sales exchange location” by the Town Council at its meeting of May 15, 2017.
The lobby of Town Hall provides an area where you can safety meet and complete transactions in a camera monitored environment in close proximity to the Police Department (located in the west side of Town Hall). Trades conducted in the Town Hall lobby are monitored by video recordings.
Safety Tips
- Meet in the exchange location or other neutral, populated, well-lit areas.
- Do not disclose unnecessary personal details.
- Do not meet at your home.
- When possible, bring a friend with you during the transaction
