We will periodically post items lost and recovered; and items recovered from thefts and burglaries.

 

Notice of Police Chief's Disposition of Found Property:

Troy W. Morris, Chief of Police for Town of Indialantic, Brevard County, Florida, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 705.103(2)(b)1, Florida Statutes of his intention to dispose of certain property described as follows:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPERTY LISTED HEREIN SHALL EXPIRE 15 MARCH, 2005

 

 

 

 

 

If you believe that you are the true owner of a listed property, contact the Indialantic Police Department immediately.

The Indialantic Police Department intends to dispose of unclaimed property by donating said property to charitable organizations, retaining the property for use by the local unit of government, surrendering the property to the finder, selling the property, or trading the property to another unit of local government or state agency. Persons wishing to lay claim to any of the above described property may do so by E-mail or by contacting Administrative Assistant, Sonya Pierce at 321-723-7788, to schedule an appointment. Normal office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
