Mr. Chinault pointed out the fact that there are other people that also volunteer their time to nurturing parks around town. Ms. Preece stated that it should be Town policy to recognize residents in their selfless dedication. Ms. Preece also suggested to Ms. Ross that she formulate a plan/policy in Town procedures for sending thank you letters to those who help in the Parks. Mr. Chinault informed Ms. Ross that she would need to do the research and find out who else helps nurture parks in Town, if a letter is sent to one, then it should be sent to all who contribute their time.
