1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Bohlmann called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES
Minutes No. 99-8 June 8, 1999 were approved as written with Ms. Thomson making the motion and Ms. Hay as second.
3. TREASURER=S REPORT - K. Kowalski
Ms. Kowalski gave the treasurer’s report as follows: Recreation Account estimated at $500, Beautification Account, $419, Luminaria has a balance of $12.011. Ms. Thomson moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report, Ms. Hay seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
4. TOWN HALL/COMMUNITY CONCERNS- R. Cassedy
In a memo dated July 7, 1999, Ron reported the following:
Sea Grapes are being trimmed on the
causeway.
The basketball courts in Orlando Park
are being resurfaced and should be completed this week.
The Town Manager and Ron will meet
with Jack Mason of Brevard County parks Department to discuss plans for Sunrise
Park.
The Town signs have been made and will
be shipped as soon as the posts arrive. There will be an expense of $850 from
the Luminaria Account for landscape and lighting. Letters were sent to FDOT and
Brevard County for permits.
