II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 21, 2006
The minutes of November 21, 2006 were approved.
III. REPORTS AND DISCUSSION OF THE FIFTY-FIFTH ANNIVERSARY EVENT AND PROJECTS
Carol Andren reported she would burn recorded tapes to DVD.
Transcription of completed interviews is a priority. Loren Goldfarb will contact local transcription services for pricing, inquiring about a municipal rate.
Carol Andren reported that Loredana Kolaghchy, Cocoa Beach town clerk and an Indialantic resident, will assist us with transcriptions. She and Carol Andren will also work on revamping the Town of Indialantic website.
If no transcription arrangement can be made with a commercial company, the committee will ask Carl Andren to burn DVDs of the interviews to be disseminated among the Heritage Committee members for transcription using home computers with DVD players.
Friday, November 24 Michael, Sean and Wade Milligan will be interviewed at the Milligan’s home.
Dian Milligan will be asked to contact “Hasty” Miller regarding an interview. The following names were proposed for interviews – names of person responsible for making contact in parenthesis:

The next round of interviews will be conducted either Saturday, December 9th or December 16th, 2006.
Interviews will be transcribed as quickly as possible; then the first four sections can be scripted
Bill Miller reported steady progress in bringing order to the Heritage Committee archives.
Irene Quilleux, will chair the Postcard Photo Contest project.
Bill Miller made a motion to express the committee’s appreciation of Loren Goldfarb’s contributions to the committee, particularly in organizing and executing the filming of interviews. Carol Andren seconded the motion, which was unanimously passed.
Chairman Bozeman extended an invitation to all committee members for a holiday party at her house, 221 Orlando Boulevard, at 7PM on December 6th.
