I.                   CALL TO ORDER

II.                APPROVAL OF NOTES OF MAY 16, 2006

           

Ms. Andren moved to amend the Minutes as follows: 

“V.  Ms. Bozeman and Ms. Andren will follow up with Mr. Vernon’s interview on May 17th.”

“VI.  Ms. Andren’s term expired as Chairman and suggested Denise Bozeman, Vice Chairman, be elected as Chairman.”  Mr. Miller seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

Due to illness, the minutes from June were never transcribed; however, the notes were incorporated into the July Minutes taken by Carol Andren.
