I. CALL TO ORDER

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 18, 2005
Mr. Miller moved to approve minutes of October 18, 2005. Ms. Bozeman seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
III. REPORT FROM CHAIRMAN ANDREN
Chairman Andren along with Ms. Bozeman will attend a meeting sponsored by the County Historical Commission.
Chairman Andren, Ms. Bozeman and Ms. Milligan will work on the display cabinet using items donated by Ms. Milligan. (Brochures, photos)
The Committee discussed the creation of an annual Founders Day event. A date other than November 22, 2005 would be preferable. Ms. Milligan, Mr. Miller and Ms. Marx will meet to formulate a plan. The town will celebrate 55 years of incorporation in 2007.
The subject of Ms. Marx giving a talk on Jonathan Dickinson in conjunction with a Founders Day celebration was also discussed.
IV. ORAL HISTORY INTERVIEWS
Ms. Bozeman distributed an Interview Data Sheet. Ms. Bozeman, Mr. Goldfarb and Ms. Milligan will conduct an interview in early December.
Chairman Andren has talked to the Town Manager regarding the Release Form.
Mr. Miller would like to learn how to set up the recording equipment by attending the interviews.
Chairman Andren will keep the equipment at her home.
V. OTHER
The Committee discussed duplicating china from the “Tradewinds Hotel” as well as vintage photos. Having a space reserved for a vintage photo in the newsletter was also discussed.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Adjournment was at 9:14 a.m. Next meeting December 20, 2005.
