I. CALL TO ORDER

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 20, 2005
Minutes approved with spelling correction of Marcia Littlejohn’s name.
III. FINALIZE FORMS
Ms. Bozeman presented copies of various forms such as Release, Pre Interview Guide and Recording Log. The Committee discussed the form contents and made suggestions. Ms. Bozeman would like to finalize the forms this week.
IV. ORAL HISTORY INTERVIEWS
· Bob Marx will be available early November for an interview.
· Ms. Milligan will take a pre-interview form to Zoe Toler.
· Jenifer Marx will be interviewed following Dian Milligan and Marcia Littlejohn.
V. OTHER
Ms. Marx reported on the filing system update set up on October 17th by Ms. Milligan, Ms. Bozeman, Mr. Miller and herself. The photographs will be separated from text filings.
The Filing Committee questioned the feasibility of selling copies of old photos to the public.
The Committee agreed that placing an old photo in each issue of the town newsletter would create interest in this project.
Ms. Milligan offered to provide vintage photos for the display cabinet until Mr. Deratany has his display ready.
