II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 17, 2005
Mr. Miller moved to approve the minutes of May 17, 2005. Mr. Deratany seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
III. SHOWCASE DISPLAY
Mr. Deratany, in conjunction with Ms. Marx and Ms. Milligan will showcase memorabilia from Mr. Deratany along with archival photos.
IV. ORAL HISTORY INTERVIEWS
On August 22, 2005, Mr. Miller moderated an interview with Mary Sawyer. This video was played for the Committee and critiqued by Mr. Goldfarb.
The Committee discussed pointers from Mr. Goldfarb as well as copying and transcribing interviews.
Interviews coming up are Jenifer and Bob Marx, Dian Milligan and her sister Marcia Littlejohn. Mr. Goldfarb recommended that someone present at the interview do the transcribing. A professional transcriber is preferred for the Milligan/Littlejohn interview.
Mr. Goldfarb and Ms. Bozeman will arrange the interview with Bob Marx.
Chairman Andren will discuss with Ms. Milligan an interview with Zoe Toler.
