I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Andren called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JANUARY 18, 2005
Minutes of January 18, 2005 were approved as written.
III. VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Mr. Miller signed out the video equipment.
IV. PRIORITIZING INTERVIEWEES
Ms. Marx will interview Bob Marx in their home on March 15, 2005. (This date will be confirmed later). The theme will be “Off the Coast.” The Committee members will all play a role in the scheduled interviews.
Dian Milligan will also be interviewed in her home after arranging for her sister, Marcia Littlejohn, to be available. Vintage photos provided by Ms. Milligan will be incorporated into the video. This will be a series of interviews with the first episode providing information handed down from their parents. A second session will be the childhood memories of Dian and Marcia featuring the homes they lived in as children. Specifically, three homes that are currently business locations: 330 Fifth Avenue, (built in 1924), 300 Fifth Avenue, (built in 1935) and 211 Fourth Avenue (built in 1938).
V. OTHER
The Committee discussed plans, including a press release for the Oral History Workshop that has been rescheduled for March 12, 2005 in the council chambers at Town Hall between the hours of 10:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Denise Bozeman will be the “subject” interviewee. Participants for the workshop should bring a lunch and personal recorders. Guests are limited to a maximum of 30 people.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Andren adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m. Next meeting March 15, 2005.
