MINUTES 05-04

I.  CALL TO ORDER

 

In the absence of Chairman Andren, Denise Bozeman called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

II.        APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2004 AND NOVEMBER 16, 2004

 

Mr. Miller moved to approve Minutes of September 21 and November 16, 2004 as written. Ms. Marx seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

 

III.     VIDEO EQUIPMENT

 

Dian Milligan was present and reminisced about growing up in Indialantic. Ms. Marx will videotape an interview with Ms. Milligan and her sister Marsha Denius.  It was also suggested that Ms. Marx interview Ms. Bozeman and Ms. Milligan together since they both grew up in the town and share a lot of the same memories.

 

IV.        PRIORITIZING  INTERVIEWEES

 

February is the target month for the interviews to start. The date will be determined by the availability of Marsha Denius. Ms. Milligan suggested that the Committee should consider interviewing old classmates Doug and Bill Correy, former residents who grew up in Indialantic. The Correys are visiting in town at this time.

 

V.           OTHER

 

The Oral History Workshop date has been changed to March 12, 2005 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

 

VI.        ADJOURNMENT
