Personnel

·        Met with community business leaders

·        Volunteers Business meeting Chief and staff in attendance

·        Chief attended meeting at County EOC for hurricane preparedness (2)

·        Indialantic Fire Rescue hosted a meeting with Communications International

·        Chief Macdonald attended Fire Chief’s operations committee

Operations

·        The department responded to forty three (43) incidents during the month of June, twenty six (26) were for medical assistance.

·        The Volunteers held their monthly business meeting.

·        Business Inspections in progress

·        Stand Down training for Firefighter Safety

·        Weekly volunteer training programs held

Fire Prevention/Code Enforcement

·        The department conducted five (5) fire safety inspections.

·        Three (3) violation inspections done at Hustler Bar

·        Revisited two (2) sets of building plans and made necessary adjustments.

·        Reviewed four (4) sets of building plans.
