ACTIVITY REPORT
November 2000

 Personnel

Chief Barker attended monthly countywide Chiefs meeting.

Captain Boyd started Paramedic school. 

Captain Greehy completed a 16-hour NFPA 1 course requirement to maintain State Fire Inspector Certification.  

Captain Greehy attended monthly training officers meeting.

 

 Operations

 The department responded to twenty-eight (28) incidents during the month of November, twenty-one (21) were for medical assistance.

 All personnel attended Rope Rescue training conducted by Cape Canaveral Fire Rescue.

 

Fire Prevention/Code Enforcement

The department conducted five (5) fire safety inspections and (3) reinspections.

 Reviewed three (3) sets of building plans and conducted five (5) occupational license checks.

 Training

Training for the month of November –15 hours.

 Volunteer work hours in the station – 256.47
