A. Site Plan Application – Longdoggers Restaurant, property located at 877 A1A #890, Indialantic, FL 32903, Maggie Johnson’s Plat of Melbourne Beach, Resubdivision of Blocks 4, 5, and Adjacent Vacant Streets as Described in ORB 2847, Pages 2027 and 2028 – Renovation of roof and to east façade; addition of two parapet walls and covered seating to west patio area.

B. Site Plan Application – ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Store 24B, 300 N. Miramar Avenue, Indialantic, FL 32903, Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block 65 – Retail Building

A. Ordinance 16-04 – The Zoning & Planning Board is being requested to find the ordinance to be consistent with the Town’s adopted Comprehensive Plan, and in particular, Policy 1.1, Objective 1 Future Land Use Element of the Plan.

B. Fence (commercial) construction to adjust provisions of Section 17-88(2)

C. Fence (swimming pool) construction to adjust provisions of Section 17-105

D. Sidewalks
