2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES

A. Minutes 15-05, April 8, 2015

3. VARIANCE APPLICATION

A. A variance request filed by Sean and Heidi Tate regarding Lots 13 and 14, Blk. 60, 300 N. Shannon Avenue, Indialantic, Florida 32903. A variance is being requested to Code Section 17-122(6)-Front Yards and 17-121(7)(a)(b)-Side Yards. The applicants are requesting a variance for an 18 foot setback in the front and a 4 foot setback on the side for a garage.

B. A variance request filed by Kempf Inc. regarding Lots 21, 22 and 23, Blk. 14, 336 Fifth Avenue, Indialantic, Florida 32903. A variance is being requested to Code Section 17-106.4(6)(b)1-Signs authorized in the various zoning districts. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow an additional sign on the east face of their building.
