2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES

3. INTERPRETATION REQUEST

A. An interpretation request filed by Philip F. Nohrr, Esq., representing Gina Realty Inc., regarding Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Blk. 63, Indialantic, Florida 32903. An interpretation is being requested for Code Section 17-86 – Setbacks and 17-126 – “C” and “C-1” Commercial Districts. The applicant is requesting an interpretation as to whether the required side yard setbacks of 15 feet as set forth in Sec. 17-126(7) shall govern as opposed to the 50 foot setback from the center line of the street right-of-way as set forth in Sec. 17-86.
