2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES

A. Minutes 14-02, June 12, 2014

3. VARIANCE APPLICATIONS

A. A variance request filed by B&W Group Services LLC for Luke Graham regarding Lots 1, 21, E ½ of 2, Blk. 94, 105 Orlando Blvd, Indialantic, Florida 32903. A variance is being requested to Code Section 17-86 – setbacks and 17-121(6) – front yard. The applicants are requesting a variance of one foot from Sec. 17-86 resulting in a 49 feet setback and 6 feet from Sec. 17-121(6) resulting in a 19 foot setback to add a front porch.
