MINUTES OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING HELD IN THE INDIALANTIC TOWN HALL ON December 12, 2012

1. CALL TO ORDER AT 5:30 PM

Mr. Dullaghan called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES

A. Minutes 13-01, October 22, 2012

Mr. Kalaghchy moved to approve Minutes 13-01 as written. Mr. Campbell seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

3. VARIANCE APPLICATIONS

A. A variance is being filed by Bayswater Development, regarding Lots 22 and 23, Blk. 28, 130 Seventh Avenue, Indialantic, Florida 32903. A variance is being requested to Code Section 17-88(1) and (3) – Fences and walls

Dude Braselton presented the application.

Bayswater Development is requesting a variance on the west side of the property of four feet to construct a fence starting 25 feet Northwest of the front lot line running along the common property line with Lot 24, Block 28 to the front building line which is located 29 feet northwestward of the front lot line. The property owner also seeks a variance on the east side of the property of 14 feet to construct a fence starting 35 feet northwest of the front lot line running along the common property line with Lot 21, Block 28 to the front building line which is located 39 feet northwestward of the front lot line.

Mr. Evans moved to grant the variance on the west side of the property of four feet to construct a fence starting 25 feet Northwest of the front lot line running along the common property line with Lot 24, Block 28 to the front building line which is located 29 feet northwestward of the front lot line. The property owner also seeks a variance on the east side of the property of 14 feet to construct a fence starting 35 feet northwest of the front lot line running along the common property line with Lot 21, Block 28 to the front building line which is located 39 feet northwestward of the front lot line. Mr. Campbell seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

4. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 PM.
