MINUTES OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING HELD IN THE INDIALANTIC TOWN HALL ON AUGUST 15, 2011

1. CALL TO ORDER AT 5:30 PM
Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES
A. Minutes 11-09, June 9, 2011

Vice-Chairman Justice moved to approve Minutes 11-09 as written. Mr. Dullaghan seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

3. VARIANCE APPLICATIONS
A. A variance is being filed by Spacecoast Architects, P.A. on behalf of Edward and Robin Paradis, regarding Lot 8 and south 25’ of Lot 7 Blk. 100 Section D, 1611 South Miramar Avenue, Indialantic, Florida 32903. A variance is being requested to Code Section 17-91(1)(a) – No accessory building or accessory structure shall be erected in any font or required side yard; Code Section 17-91(5) – Private Garages – shall not exceed 600 square feet; Code Section 17-91(3) – There shall be no more than one (1) accessory building and one (1) utility shed permitted on each lot.

Lawrence Maxwell, agent for the owner, presented to the Board the request for the variance.

After lengthy discussion with the Board Mr. Maxwell withdrew his application for the variance and decided to close in one breezeway to have the plan considered as one building.

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
