MEETING OF A PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES – POLICE/FIRE MEETING HELD IN THE INDIALANTIC TOWN HALL ON DECEMBER 15, 2010.

PRESENT:
Sgt. Scott Elliott, Vice-Chairman
Sgt. Mike Casey, Secretary
Mike Humphrey, Member
Bonni Jensen, Esq.
Jennifer Fortin, Recording Secretary

ABSENT:
Gerald Kowalski, Chairman
Bruce Bogert, Member

I. CALL TO ORDER AT 10:30 p.m.

Vice-Chairman Elliott called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

II. OTHER BUSINESS

A. Approval of retirement benefits for John McCall

Sgt. Casey moved to approve benefits for Mr. McCall in the amount of $887.80 from the calculations from Foster & Foster, pending resolution of agreement from all parties. Mr. Humphrey seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

B. Approval of Annual Membership Dues in the amount of $600.00 to FPPTA

Sgt. Casey moved to approve payment to FPPTA for the annual membership dues. Mr. Humphrey seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

III. ADJOURNMENT

The Board adjourned at 2:14p.m.
