A. There are currently openings, including reappointments, on the Board of Adjustment, Civil Service Board, Code Enforcement Board, Heritage Committee, Parks, Recreation and Beautification Committee and the Town Centre Committee

B. There will be openings, including reappointments, on the Civil Service Board and the Town Centre Committee in September

C. Qualifying dates for the November 2, 2010 election will be August 6 through August 20, 2010. Seats to be filled are: Mayor, currently held by David Berkman; Council Seat 1, currently held by Lori Halbert, Council Seat 2, currently held by Loren Goldfarb; and Council Seat 4, currently held by Mike Borysiewicz. All are for 2 year terms with the exception of Council Seat 1 which is a one year term

V. CONSENT AGENDA

A. Minutes No. 10-11 – Regular Meeting – July 20, 2010

B. Approval to change the September regular meeting date and second public hearing on the FY-11 budget to Thursday, September 16th at 7:00 pm

C. Resolution 10-10 – Supporting the Town of Indialantic component of the Brevard County Local Hazard Mitigation Plan

D. Approval of Amendment #3 to the PBA Agreement
