1. CALL TO ORDER AT 5:30 PM
Chairperson Laura Lewandowski called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

2. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES
A. Minutes No 09-03 – May 18, 2009

Mr. Dullaghan moved to approve Minutes No 09-03 from May 18, 2009. Ms. Coggshall seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

3. INTERPRETATION REQUEST
A. Interpretation of 17-127(1)(b) permitted use in the “T” district – Peter Flotz, Miramar Partners – is requesting a determination as to whether an “RV” Park for large self-contained motor vehicles is a substantively similar use as “Motel”.

Mr. Flotz noted the project has been going on for four (4) years and at the suggestion of his lender is before the Board to see if a temporary alternative use of the property is allowed to help expunge some of the cost of the property taxes. The request is for an RV Park with up to 19, 40 foot units.

Ms. Lewandowski noted that the code is not of a temporary nature.

Mr. Chinault advised that it is brought before the Board of Adjustment to interpret the code and his job is to administer the code.

Mr. Wright moved to clarify the use is not permissible based on a motel being a permanent structure. Ms. Lewandowski seconded. Motion carried with all in favor.

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM.
